Earthly Delights brings together the practices of In Kyoung Chun and Huey Lee, two artists who craft deeply introspective worlds shaped by memory, identity, and the quiet pursuit of belonging.
Through painting and ceramics, Chun and Lee invite viewers into spaces that are as much
emotional landscapes as they are visual experiences. The exhibition explores how the familiar
and the fantastical, the intimate and the absurd, can coexist as layered expressions of the self.
Chun’s paintings evoke a tender sense of home and familiarity, spaces at once safe and fragile,
stable yet fleeting. Her practice is enveloped in everyday life where dreamy compositions with
soft, glowing colors, and simplified forms suggest the comforts of domestic intimacy. Through
subtle and restrained visual language, she offers viewers entry into places that feel both deeply personal and universally familiar.
Together, their works speak to a shared human desire to find meaning within the everyday.
